You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments: All payments for services are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe). You agree to provide accurate billing information.
Wallet System: Funds deposited into your Truelinko wallet are non-transferable and can only be used for purchasing services on our platform.
Refunds: Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy. Generally, if an order is not delivered within the specified timeframe, the funds are returned to your wallet. Use of the wallet balance is subject to our discretion.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: posting spam, distributing malware, or engaging in fraudulent activities.
